Every AI draft checked against what you said

AI can mishear or fill gaps. So every draft goes through fixed checks before you see it, and anything that does not match your words is corrected or flagged.

Draft review

  • Tab Glucophage 500 mg

Heard: “Glucophage 500, din mein do baar”

Corrected to match what you said.

    Three times daily
    Twice daily

  • Tab Brufen 400 mg

Heard: “Brufen 400, din mein teen baar”

Brufen appears in the patient’s recorded allergies.

    Three times daily

  • SpO₂ 98%

    Heard: not in your dictation

This reading was not found in what you said. Check it.

    Exam & vitals

Frequency and dose form

If you said "twice daily" and the draft says three times, it is set back to twice and marked. Works for English, Roman Urdu and Urdu script.

Strengths and vitals you did not say

A strength or a blood pressure reading that was never dictated is flagged, not quietly saved.

Words you never said

When you dictate in English, advice the AI added on its own, like "return if symptoms worsen", is flagged so you can keep or remove it. For Urdu and Roman Urdu the app tells you to read each field yourself.

Allergies and duplicates

Medicines that clash with a recorded allergy, or repeat something the patient already takes, are called out.

Safety checks: common questions

Can the AI save something without me?

No. Nothing is written to the patient record until you confirm the draft and press Apply.

What does "Heard:" mean under a medicine?

It shows the words from your dictation that the medicine came from, so you can compare it with what you actually said.

Other features

See it with your own patients’ words.
