How ClinicClerk handles patient records, dictations and your clinic's data.
Whose data it is
Patient records you enter belong to you and your clinic. We store and process them only to run the service for you.
Dictations
On the cloud plans, dictated audio and typed notes are sent to a speech-to-text service and an AI drafting service only to produce your draft. The app shows this before you dictate. With a clinic install, both run on your own computer and nothing leaves the clinic.
Where it is stored
Records, attachments and recordings are stored on the server that runs your clinic, behind your login.
Backups and leaving
You can download a full backup at any time. When you cancel, we hand over every record and attachment as files and then delete our copy.
This website
This site does not use advertising trackers. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we use your details only to reply.
