The terms for using ClinicClerk in your clinic.
Clinical responsibility
ClinicClerk drafts notes and prescriptions from what you dictate or type. The doctor reviews and approves every line and remains responsible for all clinical decisions.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in Pakistani rupees. The first month is free. Dictation above the monthly allowance is billed per visit.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Paid periods are not refunded, and your records are handed over as files.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for the care of your own patients, and keep your login private.
