Token system for clinics in Pakistan
A token system built into your clinic software. Patients get a token at the front desk, the waiting room sees whose turn it is, and you call the next patient with one button. On Pro your receptionist gets their own login, without access to any clinical record.

A token at the desk
Find the patient by name or phone, or register a new one, and give the next token. Numbers start again at 1 every morning, and a small token slip prints if you want one.
Next patient, one click
Press Next patient: the current visit is marked done and the next patient’s record opens on your screen. You can also call someone out of turn.
A screen for the waiting room
Open the waiting-room view on a TV or second monitor. It shows the token being seen and the next three, and never shows names.
Late arrivals keep their token
Mark a patient as not here, and bring them back in line when they arrive without giving a new number.
The front desk sees only the front desk
Receptionists add and edit patient details and run the queue. Notes, exams, medicines, lab reports, dictations and prescriptions stay with you, and they cannot delete patients.
Token system: common questions
Which plan includes it?
The token queue works on every plan. Separate receptionist logins come with Pro and the clinic install.
What can my receptionist see?
The patient list with contact details, and today’s queue. Not notes, exams, medicines, lab reports or dictations: the server refuses those, not just the menu.
Can I stop a receptionist’s access?
Yes. Disable their login on the Staff page and it stops working straight away, even if they are logged in at that moment.
Does it book appointments or send reminders?
Not yet. It runs the queue on the day: patients get a token as they arrive.
Do I need a second screen?
No. The queue works on the clinic computer alone; a TV or second monitor is only for the waiting-room display.
Other features
See it with your own patients’ words.
A 15-minute demo on WhatsApp video. Dictate a real visit, in Urdu or English, and watch the prescription appear.
